At Pini Parma, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our Italian craftsmanship. If your purchase is not exactly what you were looking for, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our dedicated returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
